Culinary Rocker' Johnny Ciao has been creating food and entertaining his showbiz friends throughout his 25 plus years in the entertainment industry. The former dj and concert promoter has found a unique fusion between music,food, and entertainment. He has cooked with and for the likes of Michael Jackson, Gregory Peck, Marlon Brando, Dick Clark, Donnie and Marie Osmond,Marilu Henner, Regis Philbin, Ed Koch, Henry Mancini, Willie Nelson, Richard Kind, Carlos Santana, the Grateful Dead, John Hall, Skunk Baxter, Whitney Houston, Huey Lewis and countless others. Entertaining entertainers is what Ciao does best.

Johnny has proved himself as not only an Inventive Chef, but as a solid entertainer with sold-out live performances at various venues including the House of Blues, Award Shows, Festivals and Fairs and other locations in L.A., Atlanta, S.F., New York and Boston. During these live performances, Johnny invites his celebrity musician friends to join in onstage while he prepares a feast of food.



Ciao also contributes his time to many charitable events, with this year being no exception. During the spring it was the Master Card Celebrity Challenge, the summer brought the March of Dimes Benefit, and finally the ALS Golf Tournament in New York.
