Johnny has proved himself as not only an Inventive Chef, but as a solid entertainer with sold-out live performances at various venues including the House of Blues, Award Shows, Festivals and Fairs and other locations in L.A., Atlanta, S.F., New York and Boston. During these live performances, Johnny invites his celebrity musician friends to join in onstage while he prepares a feast of food.  Ciao also contributes his time to many charitable events, with this year being no exception. During the spring it was the Master Card Celebrity Challenge, the summer brought the  March
of Dimes Benefit, and finally the ALS Golf Tournament in New
York.Johnny continues to sell his outstanding line of Symphonic Seasonings and Oils in stores and on his website, johnnyciao.com. Most recently, Johnny inked a new tv production deal, and is filming 13 episodes to bring you the ultimate music and food show.
