Johnny's Blues Buffet's have been a hit since 1996, where Johnny has
presented them in cities around the world including Boston, Montreal,
San Francisco, Los Angeles and Barcelona.

Johnny has always enjoyed cooking as part of a quintessential daily existence
and went on to cook personally for the who's who in the world of showbiz from
Carlos Santana to Willie Nelson to the Grateful Dead to Whitney Houston to
Dick Clark to the late Marlon Brando. His Inventive Mediterranean/California
style cuisine matched with his Culinary All-Star Band guarantees a night of
ultimate food, fun, and great music.
